Mary Help Christian Theology Seminary is located at Brgy. Palapad San Fabian Pangasinan. It is truly beautiful. You can see a lot of things that you will be amazed. You feel peace when you enter that place. Besides the seminary, you can see the beautiful view of the mountains and trees. It is very relaxing because of the fresh air you've breath in. The seminary is in the Mountainous area, it has a little chapel and many rooms. The landscape of the plants is very beautiful. the people there are very approachable and kind. anytime you can visit here. the view is so very nice to take a photo together with your loved ones. Very beautiful as I described this place. So come and visit Mary Help Christian Theology Seminary.

SUMAN FOOD IN THE PHILIPPINES Suman is a popular snack among the Filipinos. It is a rice delicacy   made of steamed sticky rice "malagkit". It is a rice cake originated from the Philippines. it is made from sticky rice, and wrapped in banana leaves. It is usually eaten sprinkled with sugar or laden with latik. Suman also serve as dessert because of it's sweet sauce. It is better together with mango fruit or hot cocoa drink. But most prefer creamy and sweet-coconut caramel sauce as the partner of suman malagkit. It's heavenly luscious, just thinking about it's taste has everyone salivating. Moreover, Suman not only gathers Filipino together, but also symbolizes the gratitude of the people to the blessings of God manifested in nature.
